Fraser Suites Riyadh

Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was excellent! The staff particularly were outstanding and catered for our every need. Breakfast staff and kitchen team were very considerate to our requests, our housekeeping guy Ariful always served with a smile on. We had a small issue with the microwave and Jitendra from the engineering team replaced the item the appliance in 5 mins. Front desk team were very helpful explaining Riyadh to us as first time visitors. Overall I'd recommend this place for many reasons but their staff and hospitality made our stay a unique and comfortable start for our journey in Riyadh.

I had been recommended Fraser Suites for Riyadh stays where I preferred a serviced apartment kind of stay, and usually it would be fully booked. My last work trip I managed to find a booking for about a week, and was impressed. The staff were extremely attentive from the moment I arrived. Check in was smooth, thanks to an incredibly efficient trainee receptionist called Saud. Housekeeping staff were very fast and efficient whenever I needed anything. I booked an Executive studio, and considering it's the smallest available, it was massive and extremely comfortable. I was on the 5th floor, thanks to a change made by said receptionist, and the view was very nice....in general the location is excellent. The kitchinette was stocked with everything I could possibly need, and the bed was perfect, with a pillow menu available. Check out was just as smooth, thanks the very capable receptionist called Manar who handled everything quickly. I also briefly met the reception manager Sara, whose poise and professionalism made it clear why the front desk was running so smoothly. The business center/pool lounge staff were very good too. One of the best parts was, even though it was at full capacity, it was always very quiet, and felt very safe. 24/7 room service was very convenient.

I loved EVERYTHING about the property, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The city view was amazing, the restaurant and menu variety is very good and the outdoor pool area looks lovely with a view to the city. The staff were great and super professional from the moment you check in to the moment you check out. I went there on my birthday as we visited Riyadh and the hotel sent a complimentary lovely cake with a happy birthday message on it and a bowl of fruits which made my day feel extra special. Accommodated our late check out request with no issues, 10/10 for everything and I would definitely visit again.

Clean and good facilities

The room is spacious and comfortable Most of the staff are very welcoming and very nice ... except one. The hotel is using L'Occitane amenities which is great ... 👍 it was actually the reason why I booked at this hotel as I don't want to carry my shampoos to another country ... they made my life easier
